Tasting Notes
This wine is a blend of Merlot (62%), Cabernet Franc (13%), Cabernet Sauvignon (13%) and Corvina (12%), which was dried using the Appassimento or Amarone method. This full-bodied wine is smooth and displays flavours and aromas of wild berries, plum, cassis and dried fruit.

This wine pairs well with steak, pasta bolognese or aged cheeses, like Parmiggiano Reggiano and Gorgonzola.
