Tasting Notes
This wine was made from new varieties, Merlot Kanthus and Cabernet Volos, which were bred in Italy to be more disease resistant and more environmentally sustainable. This wine displays a deep purple colour and wonderful aromas and flavours of fresh blueberries and blackberries. This wines naturally lower acidity makes this wine smooth and approachable in its youth.
Wine Pairing
This wine can be enjoyed on its own with family and friends, or with light cheeses, like Brie, Provolone and Fontina cheese, and spicy pizza and pastas dishes like Caccio e Pepe.
