Tasting Notes
This wine was made from Corvina grapes, the principal grape used in making Italian Amarone, which were hand harvested and naturally dried in the Appassimento/Amarone method for 60 days. The wine was aged in small oak barrels for 60 months and displays wonderful aromas and flavours cherries, dried figs and dark chocolate.

Enjoy this wine with hearty beef and game stews and aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano and Gorgonzola.
