Tasting Notes
The 2023 Frizzy is made from Glera grapes ( formerly know as the
Prosecco grape). Frizzy displays a nose of Meyer lemon and tasting notes of citrus, clementine and hints of
candied pineapple. This light to medium sweet bubbly pairs well with oysters , smoked salmon, spicy veggie
pizza as well as Gorgonzola / blue cheeses and Brie.
