Tasting Notes
This Ripasso was made from Cabernet Franc (96%) and Merlot (4%) grapes grown on our Estate using the Italian tradition of aging wine on the leftover grape skins from wine made using dried grapes (Appassimento/Amarone) and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The result is a wine that displays jammy dark berry fruit aromas and flavours supported by oak and spice.

This wine pairs well with grilled meats, tomato-based pasta dishes, charcuterie and hard cheeses.
